Alishan Restaurant

If you are in UNA, Junagadh, you can find Alishan Restaurant over on Fort Road. We are at A-1, which is quite close to the SBS Bank and Bander Chowk. It is a very central location, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. The restaurant is a busy spot, especially during bank hours when people are out running errands. We don't do anything too complicated here. It’s just a place to get a meal and take a break from the sun. The building is older, and we have to do a lot of maintenance to keep it looking okay. We spend our days managing the kitchen and making sure we have enough supplies coming in from the market. Fort Road is one of those places where you see everyone you know if you stand outside for ten minutes. We have a lot of regular customers from the bank and the nearby shops. It is not a corporate chain; it’s just a local restaurant run by people who live right here in Junagadh. We don't use big words to describe our food or our space. It’s just a dining room with some fans and tables where we serve what we’ve cooked for the day. Sometimes the traffic at Bander Chowk makes it hard for people to park, but they usually find a way. We’re just here doing our job and serving the town as best as we can.
