Khushbu Restaurant

Khushbu Restaurant is a simple place located on the Vanthali Highway in Junagadh, right near the Vadla Fatak. We are positioned directly opposite a petrol pump, which makes us a convenient stop for people who are traveling long distances. The restaurant isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We have basic wooden tables and chairs and some big fans to keep the air moving. Since we are on the highway, we get a lot of dust from the passing trucks, so we have to wipe everything down several times a day. Our kitchen serves local food that is meant to be filling and simple. We don't have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. My brother and I run the place along with a few helpers who stay nearby. We get our milk and vegetables from the farms around here so things stay fresh. It’s a noisy location because of the highway traffic, but it’s never boring. We see all sorts of people coming through, from families on vacation to drivers who have been on the road for days. We don't do any advertising. Most people just see our sign while they are driving by and decide to pull over for a quick meal. We just try to provide a decent place to sit and some hot food without any fuss.
