Kishmat Parotha House

Our place, Kishmat Parotha House, is situated right on the Vanthali Highway near Vadla Fatak in Junagadh. It’s not hard to find us because we are directly opposite the petrol pump. A lot of people pull in there for fuel and then come over here to eat. We have been in this spot for a few years now. Junagadh is a busy place and this highway stays active all day and night. We focus mostly on making parothas. It’s what people around here like the most when they are traveling. The shop is quite basic, just a few benches and tables inside a simple room. It gets a bit noisy when the trains go by the fatak or when the trucks honk on the highway, but that’s just part of being here. We open up early to start the tawa. The address is Vanthali Highway, Vadla Fatak, Junagadh, 362001. We are right across from the petrol pump like I said. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to roll the dough and cook. It’s hot work standing by the stove all day, especially in the summer months, but it’s what we do. We don't use any fancy marketing. People just know where we are. If you’re on the road and need a meal, you can just stop by. We’re just regular people making a living on the highway side.
