Gopal Farshan & Restaurant

Our shop is in UNA, right near the bus stand. It’s a very convenient spot because people are always coming and going. Being so close to Gani Market means it stays busy from early morning until late at night. Gopal Farshan & Restaurant is where we make snacks and full meals for travelers and the local crowd. The farshan is made fresh every single day because people here in Junagadh really know their quality when it comes to snacks. We start the fryers early, and you can usually smell the spices from down the street before we even open. It’s a simple place with some benches and tables for people to sit. It’s never quiet here; you can always hear the buses honking and the market noise outside, but we like the energy. We’ve been at this 362560 location for years, and we know many of the bus drivers and shopkeepers nearby. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we are actually good at making. My kids help out sometimes during their school holidays. We try to keep the counters clean, though with so many people walking in and out with dust from the road, it’s a never-ending job. We aren't looking to become a giant chain or anything. We just like serving the people in this part of UNA. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
