We have been at this location for quite a few years. It’s a small town vibe here in Kodinar. We know most of the bus drivers and the regular commuters. The restaurant isn't anything fancy. We have tables and chairs and we serve the food as it comes out of the kitchen. Being on Bus Stand Road means it gets pretty busy at certain times of the day when the buses pull in. We have to work fast then. When it’s quiet, we just sit and wait for the next rush. The building is called Dolasa. It’s a simple setup.
