Ujjavalang Marketing Agency is run from Radheshyam H-6693 in Adarsh Nagar-1, Joshipara. It’s more of a local residential-style area, so it’s not like being in a big glass office building downtown. We have a small room set up with some desks and computers. It’s quiet for the most part, except for the occasional street vendor passing by outside. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle the marketing work that comes our way. The house, Radheshyam, has been in the family for a long time. We decided to set up the agency here because it was convenient and we like the neighborhood. Adarsh Nagar-1 is a friendly place, and most people know each other. We spend our mornings checking emails and talking about what needs to be done for our clients. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there is a lot to do, and the streetlights come on outside the window. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. Joshipara is a nice place to be based. We are just a small group of people at H-6693 trying to do good work every day. We usually take a long break for lunch.
