Shivganga Restaurant

Shivganga Restaurant is located right in the Somnath Shopping Complex. We have shops 12 and 13, which gives us a bit of space on Main Bazar Road. Being so close to the Somnath Trust Office means there are always people walking past our door. This part of Veraval is always moving, mostly because of the temple nearby. We get a mix of travelers who are visiting for the first time and locals who live just down the street. It gets quite crowded during the festival seasons, and the street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people walking. Inside, we just have regular tables and chairs. It’s a plain setup, nothing like those big city places. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we just open the doors and keep going. My family helps out with the work, and we’ve gotten to know the regular shopkeepers around us pretty well. We serve the kind of food that people eat every day. It’s not a place where you come for a fancy party, but it’s good for a quick meal when you’re tired from walking around the market. We don’t spend money on big advertisements; we just rely on people seeing us when they go to the office or the temple. It’s just a simple restaurant on a busy road in Somnath.
