Nitin Bhais Restaurant

Our restaurant is part of the homestay in Rameshwar Society, right on the street where the SBI Bank is in Sasan Gir. It’s a 362135 address, and things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities. We started this because we lived here and it seemed like a good way to meet people. Nitin Bhai is usually around somewhere, either helping in the kitchen or talking to guests out front. We don't have a menu that’s ten pages long. We just cook what we know how to make well. The restaurant isn't very big, but we have enough chairs for the people staying at the homestay and some locals who wander in. Being in Junagadh district, especially near the Gir forest, means we get a lot of travelers. We just tell them stories about the area while they eat. There are no fancy uniforms here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The street outside is mostly quiet except for when the bank is busy. We don't do any online ads or anything. People just hear about us and show up. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We just want to make sure no one leaves here hungry and that the tea is always hot when someone asks.
