winds cafe & multicusine restaurant is located on Panch Bati Road, right near the Airport Road in Jodhpur. We are pretty close to the NCC Bhawan and the Polo Ground, so there is always some activity nearby. It’s a simple spot where we serve a bit of everything. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so a lot of our day is spent making sure the fans are working and the water is cold for our guests. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big advertising budget. It’s just a local cafe. The kitchen is usually a bit chaotic during the lunch rush, but we manage to get the orders out on time. We see a lot of different people because of the airport nearby, from travelers to locals who just want a quick meal. The furniture is basic and we don't have a polished corporate look at all. It’s just a place where you can sit down and eat. We spend time cleaning the tables and prepping the vegetables for the next shift. Sometimes the traffic on Panch Bati Road is a bit much, but that is just life in the city. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. It’s just a restaurant where we work every day. We know the regular customers who come in after work. It’s a steady job and we keep the doors open for whoever walks in. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning and hope it is enough.
