Aroma Restaurant

Aroma Restaurant is tucked away on 9th C Road in Sardarpura. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our door. We have been here at number 689 for a good amount of time, seeing the shops around us change while we stay mostly the same. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. Inside, the fans are usually going full speed because Jodhpur gets so hot during the day. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready before the lunch rush hits. It’s not a huge place, so sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once. You can hear the bikes and cars zooming past on the road while you eat. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, it is a constant job. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We don't go in for anything too fancy or modern. The tables are simple wood and the walls have a few pictures on them. It feels like home to us because we spend more time here than anywhere else. Whether it is a Tuesday afternoon or a busy weekend night, the routine stays the same. We just keep the kitchen going and make sure there is enough tea and food for everyone who stops by.
