Amaaya Restaurant

I have been running Amaaya Restaurant for a while now. We are tucked away at 712/ B, on 3rd D Road in Sardarpura. Jodhpur is a busy place, but this little corner of Sardarpura stays pretty active with locals going about their day. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is just a simple place where we cook meals for anyone who walks in. The address is 342003 if you are looking at a map. Mostly, we get people living nearby or workers stopping in for a quick lunch. The kitchen is small, and it can get a bit hot back there, but we manage. I spend most of my time at the counter or checking the tables. We don't have a fancy menu with a thousand things on it. We just stick to what we know. Sometimes the delivery guys are buzzing in and out, which adds to the noise. The street outside, 3rd D Road, usually has plenty of bikes parked along it. We don't do much in terms of marketing or big signs. People just know we are here. It’s a straightforward business. We open the doors, prep the vegetables, and start the stove. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the neighborhood here. Most of our staff have lived in Jodhpur their whole lives, so we know the area well.
