Chirmi Heritage Restaurant

We’ve been here on New Pali Road for a while now. Most people find us because we’re right near the Jhalamand Petrol Pump here in Jodhpur. The building itself has that old heritage feel to it, which is where the name comes from. It isn't anything fancy or over the top, just a place where we cook and serve people every day. Being out here on the road, we get a lot of folks stopping by while they’re traveling or just locals coming in for a meal. The kitchen stays pretty busy, and we try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant like this, but we’re used to the pace by now. Some days are quieter than others, but that’s just how it goes in the food business. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on getting the food out and making sure the place is clean enough for everyone. The staff has been around for a bit, so they know how things work. Jodhpur is a busy city, and New Pali Road always has something happening. We just sit here by the petrol pump and do our thing. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing more, nothing less.
