B Modern Restaurant & Sweets

You can find us over on Paota B Road in Jodhpur, right across from the LIC office and near the Astorry area. We are a pretty standard local spot where we sell a variety of sweets and have a small restaurant area for people to sit down and eat. The place is usually quite loud and busy, especially during the morning hours when people are stopping by for their breakfast or picking up boxes of sweets to take home. We have these glass counters where we display everything we've made for the day. It is not a very big shop, so it can get a little crowded when a few families come in at the same time. The kitchen is always active and you can smell the food cooking from the street. Our staff are local people who have been working with us for a while now. They aren't wearing fancy uniforms or anything, just regular clothes. We don't really bother with things like fancy menus or decorations. We just focus on making the sweets and the food every day. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place for the people of Jodhpur. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if it has been a busy day. We just do our best to keep up with the customers and keep the tables clean. It is a simple, honest business and we like being part of the Paota neighborhood.
