A F C Resturant

A F C Resturant is located on Defence Lab Road in the Ratanada area of Jodhpur. We are right by the Ratanada Chowk which is a landmark most locals are familiar with. The restaurant is a simple place where people from the neighborhood come to get something to eat. Being near the defence area means we get a mix of different people coming through the doors. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot during the summer so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and the place stays as cool as possible. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of the building and we are always back there prepping things for the lunch and dinner rushes. We have been here in the 342011 area for a while and we know the rhythms of the street outside. It’s not a very fancy setup with cloth napkins or anything like that. We have regular tables and a menu that people seem to like. Sometimes we run out of certain things by the end of the night but that’s just part of how we run. My staff and I just try to keep things clean and make sure the food goes out on time. We don't have any big corporate plans; we just want to keep the doors open and serve the people who walk in. It is just a regular food spot for regular people in the city.
