The Kaps Pizza

The Kaps Pizza is over at Shop No. 11 in Amar Chambers. We are on Olympic Road, specifically in the Jalori Gate area of Jodhpur. If you know the neighborhood, we are right opposite the M.G.H. Outdoor section at Jalori Gate. It’s a busy spot with plenty of people coming and going from the hospital and the nearby markets. Amar Chambers is a standard building with several shops, and we have been in our little corner at number 11 for a while. The 342003 pin code area is always humming with activity. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. You can see the hospital entrance right across the street, which makes it easy to find us. We don't go for anything too flashy. The walls have some wear and the chairs are just regular chairs. It’s the kind of place where we know the names of some of the people who stop by often. We keep the oven going and try to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with cars and bikes, especially near the gate. It is just a local pizza shop doing what it does every day. We aren't part of some giant chain; it is just our spot in Jodhpur where we put in the hours and keep things running.
