Suncity bhojanalay

Suncity bhojanalay is located on Chopasni Road in Jodhpur. You can find us pretty easily if you’re near the Hotel Garh Govind. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with a huge menu. We are a simple bhojanalay, which means we focus on basic, filling meals. Most of the people who come here are workers from the nearby shops or travelers passing through this part of the city. We serve thalis with dal, baati, and whatever vegetable is fresh in the market that day. The seating is just simple benches and tables. It’s not the kind of place where you stay for a long time to chat. You come in, you eat your fill, and you go back to your work. We keep a big pot of water near the door for everyone. The kitchen is right there, so you can see the rotis being made on the tawa. It gets quite hot in there, especially in the afternoons. I started this place because I wanted to provide food that tastes like what we eat at home. There’s no secret recipe or anything. We just use good oil and fresh spices. The traffic on Chopasni Road is always moving, and we get a lot of dust from the street, so we’re constantly wiping down the tables. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’ve been here for years and the locals seem to like what we do. It's just simple food for hardworking people.
