Sukh Sagar Resatro

Sukh Sagar Resatro is situated right at Bhati Chouraha on Airport Road in Ratanada. It’s a pretty busy spot because we are right opposite the petrol pump, so we get a lot of people stopping in after they fill up their cars. Jodhpur can be really dusty and hot, so we try to keep the inside as comfortable as we can. It’s not a huge place, just a regular restro where you can grab a bite. The airport road always has cars and taxis zooming by, which keeps things interesting to watch from the window. We opened this place because we saw how many people were driving through Ratanada with nowhere to really sit for a minute. The menu is just stuff we know how to make well. We don't have any fancy chefs in tall hats, just people who have been cooking for a long time. Sometimes we run out of things if the lunch rush is bigger than we expected. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because of all the sand that blows in from the road. It’s a simple life running a restaurant here. We are just glad to have a spot that people recognize when they are driving into town. We don't have a lot of workers, so if it's busy, you might have to wait a minute for your water.
