Skyzz Restaurants

Skyzz Restaurants is located way up on the 6th floor of Blue City Mall. We’re right there on Circuit House Road in Jodhpur, which is a place most people know. Being near the Circuit House means we get all sorts of people walking by the mall. We spend our days way above the street level, looking out over the 342006 area. It’s a different vibe being in a mall compared to a standalone shop. You have the elevators and the escalators and all the shoppers moving around. We just stay in our corner and keep the kitchen running. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going on the 6th floor. We have to make sure all our supplies get brought up and everything is ready before the doors open. The view from up here is alright, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. We are just a group of people working together to serve food to the folks who come to the mall. It’s not about being the most popular spot; it’s just about being here and doing the job right. We’ve been on Circuit House Road for a bit now and we’ve seen the mall change over time. Our day starts early with prep work and ends late with cleaning up the floors and the counters. It’s just a regular restaurant job in Jodhpur.
