Ratan Vilas

Ratan Vilas is situated over in the Ratanada area. Specifically, we are on Loco Shed Road, which is quite close to Bhaskar Circle in Jodhpur. It’s a well-known part of the city. The area around here has a lot of history and you can really feel it when you walk around the streets. We aren't a new, modern building made of glass and steel. Our place has a more traditional look that fits in with how Jodhpur used to be. Being near the Loco Shed and the circle means there is always some movement and noise around us. We see travelers and locals alike passing by our gates. The sun in Rajasthan is very bright, so the shadows on our stone walls look quite nice in the afternoon. We don't really have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just manage everything from right here on the property. It takes a lot of effort to keep an old place like this in good shape every day. There is always some painting or repair work that needs doing. My staff has been with us for a while, and they know how to handle things without me telling them much. We don't go for big promotional speeches or advertisements. We just let the building and the location speak for themselves. People come here because they want to experience something that feels real. It’s quiet enough once you get inside, even though the busy circle is nearby.
