Rasala Multicuisine Restaurant

Rasala Multicuisine Restaurant sits right on Nagaur Road. We are near the Surpura By Pass on Mandore Road in Jodhpur. The 342006 area gets quite a lot of traffic because of the bypass, so there is usually a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. We’ve got a mix of different types of food on the menu because people around here like variety. The building is simple and we try to keep it cool inside, which is hard during a Jodhpur summer. We spend a lot of our morning prep time just getting the vegetables chopped and the spices sorted out. It’s a big space but it fills up pretty quickly on the weekends when families are out. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, cook, and make sure the customers have a place to sit. The road outside is always busy, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been at this Mandore Road location for a bit now. You can see the restaurant from the main road if you are coming from the bypass. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running, especially when the power goes out, but we make do. We just do our thing and hope the food tastes like it should. There is no corporate office or anything like that, just us in the kitchen.
