Punjabi Chic Inn

We are located at 130 Sindhi Colony, right in the Shastri Nagar area of Jodhpur. It is a good spot because Punjabi Chic Inn is right opposite the Medical College and quite near the Gurudwara. Because of that, we get a mix of students, doctors, and people who are coming from their prayers. The building is an older one, and it stays relatively cool inside even when the Jodhpur sun is really strong outside. We have some basic tables and chairs set up, and the walls have some simple decorations that have been there for years. We don't have a big corporate office or a manager; it’s just us doing the work every day. I usually spend my time checking the ingredients and making sure we haven't run out of anything important. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked bikes and people walking to the college, but it gives the place a lot of life. We don't do any fancy plating or use expensive napkins; we just serve the food in regular bowls. Sometimes the service is a bit slow if we have a lot of orders at once, but we try our best to get things out as fast as we can. It’s an honest business, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just hope that if someone likes what they eat, they might come back another time.
