New Balaji Restaurant

New Balaji Restaurant is on Tonk Road in Jodhpur, right near the Tonk Phatak area. This part of the city is always busy with vehicles and people moving between different parts of Jodhpur. We have a very basic setup here, just like any other local eatery you would find on a main road. The sun in Jodhpur can be really harsh, so we try to keep the place as shaded as possible for the people who stop by. We get a lot of travelers who are just passing through and need a place to sit for a while. The interior is nothing special, just sturdy tables and a counter where we take the orders. We don't have a fancy menu with photos; it's just a list of what we have ready for the day. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of all the wind and traffic outside, but we try to sweep it whenever there is a quiet moment. It’s a family-run kind of vibe where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don’t talk much about ourselves or what we do, we just make sure there is food on the table. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going on such a busy road, but we have been doing it for some time now. People know us for being a straightforward spot where they can get a meal without any complications or high prices.
