New Aroras Restaurant

We are over here on Pal Road in Jodhpur, right near the DPS Circle. It’s a busy spot by the bypass road. The restaurant has been around for a while now. Most days it’s just us trying to get the orders out on time when the lunch crowd hits. We have plenty of seating inside for everyone. People usually stop by when they are driving through or if they live nearby in the Pal area. It gets quite hot in Jodhpur so the fans are always running at full speed. We don't do anything too fancy here. It's just a regular place to sit down and eat a meal. Sometimes the music is a bit loud or the floor is being mopped while people are walking in. That's just how it goes during a busy day. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things are ready. The staff knows some of the regulars by name since they come in every week. If you are coming from the bypass, you can’t really miss us. We keep the doors open from the morning until late at night. There is parking out front but it gets full on the weekends. It’s a simple setup with basic tables and chairs. There is nothing too special about the decor inside. We just focus on getting the food on the plates. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. More buildings are coming up around Pal Road. But we stay right here in the same spot. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
