Must Bite Restaurant

Our little shop is located on 1st B Road in Sardarpura. If you know where the Nanak store is, then you can find us pretty easily. Jodhpur gets really hot in the middle of the day, so things are usually a bit slower then. But once the sun starts to go down, the whole street wakes up. We get a lot of locals who live around the corner coming in for a bite. We keep the chairs and tables clean and the kitchen staff stays busy. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Rajasthan, we just want to serve food that tastes like it should. We spend our mornings buying vegetables and getting the spices ground up. It’s a family-style environment here. Sometimes the kids are around and the neighbors stop by just to chat for a minute. We don’t have any fancy menus or expensive plates. It’s just about getting the food to the table while it’s still steaming. Most of us who work here have been friends for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done when the dinner rush starts. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in this part of town. We like the noise of the street and the smell of the cooking. We’ll probably be here for a long time to come because this is what we know best.
