Latitude Restaurant (Vivanta By Taj Hari Mahal)

You can find us at Latitude Restaurant, which is part of the Vivanta By Taj Hari Mahal over here in Jodhpur. We are located right on Residency Road, not far from the Riktiya Bheruji Circle. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. Working here at the hotel means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are traveling from far away and others just live down the street and want a meal out. The building itself has that classic look you see around Jodhpur, and we try to keep that feeling going inside. It’s a busy kitchen, and sometimes things get a bit loud when the orders pile up, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just serve food and make sure the tables are clean. Residency Road stays fairly active, especially being near the circle, so there is always something happening outside. The staff here has been together for a good bit of time, so we know how each other works. It’s a job, but we enjoy seeing people eat and enjoy their time. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a restaurant in a hotel. If you are near the circle and hungry, you know where to find us. We keep the doors open and the lights on for whoever walks in. It’s nothing more complicated than that.
