Kitchen N Curry

Kitchen N Curry is tucked away in the Khilli Khana area of Jodhpur. We have been in this 342001 neighborhood for a while now. It’s a bit of an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and it can get a bit crowded. We like it that way, though. There is always something happening outside our door. Our team is just a handful of people who live nearby. We don’t really do anything besides make curry and other dishes for the people who stop by. It’s a very straightforward business. We don’t have a big menu that changes all the time. We stick to what we know how to do. The building itself is old, like much of Jodhpur, so it has its quirks. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the lights flicker, but we just deal with it and keep going. We aren't trying to be the most popular place in the city. We just want to be a reliable spot for a meal. Most of our customers are people who work in the local shops or live in the houses behind us. We don't use a lot of technology here. We still write things down on paper and talk to everyone face to face. It’s a simple way of living. Jodhpur is a beautiful place, and we are just happy to have a small corner of it for ourselves. We just do our own thing.
