Home Decor is located out in the 7th Heavy Industrial Area. It’s not the prettiest place to work, honestly. There is a lot of dust from the factories nearby and the roads are full of potholes from the heavy trucks that pass by every hour. We have a large shed where we keep all our items. It can get quite hot in the summer because the roof is made of metal sheets, but we have some fans that keep the air moving a little. We spend a lot of our time moving things around, checking inventory, and making sure nothing gets damaged in the heat. It is a lot of physical work. We don't have a showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, maybe with a bit of dust on our hands. We focus on the practical side of home decor—getting things stored and shipped out to where they need to go. It is a simple operation. We eat our lunch together in a small corner we cleared out between the stacks of goods. There isn’t much to say about our "culture" or anything like that. We are just a group of people working in an industrial zone, trying to make a living and ensuring the orders go out on time. It is a bit rough around the edges, but it is real life and we are used to it.
