Gypsy Restaurant

We are located at 689, 9th C Road in the Sardarpura area of Jodhpur. It’s a pretty straightforward spot. We’ve been running Gypsy Restaurant here for a while, and it’s become part of our daily life. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes and cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals. We just show up, get the kitchen started, and wait for the first customers to walk in. The building is a regular one, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we try to keep it comfortable inside. Some days the air conditioning works better than others, and we just do our best to keep everyone cool. We serve a lot of locals who live right around the corner. It’s nice seeing the same people every week. We don't use any high-tech systems for ordering; it’s mostly just pens and paper and us talking to each other. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu, and we just tell people. We try to be honest about what we have. It’s a simple way to run a business. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain or anything. We just like having our one spot here on 9th C Road. It’s plenty of work just keeping this one going properly every day.
