Elements

Elements is located inside Mapple Abhay in Jodhpur. If you know Paota Circle, you know where we are. It's a pretty central spot. We just focus on serving people who come through the doors. Jodhpur is a hot place, so we try to keep things comfortable inside. We don’t have a massive team, just enough of us to keep things running. The 342001 area is usually quite active. Being near the circle means there is a lot of traffic and people moving around. We just try to provide a decent place to sit and eat. It’s not about being the most famous place in town. We just want to be reliable. Every morning we get things ready. We check the supplies and make sure everything is clean. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen many travelers and locals come by. Everyone has their own preferences, and we try to accommodate that without making a big fuss. Sometimes the kitchen is noisy, and sometimes it's quiet. That's just the nature of the business. We don't have a fancy philosophy. We just show up at Mapple Abhay and get to work. It's been a few years now, and we've learned a lot about what people like. We are just a small part of the Jodhpur food scene, keeping it simple and honest day after day. It is just a normal place for normal people to have a meal.
