Paul Preet Architect

I've been working as an architect here at 121, Keshav Nagar for quite some time now. Being so close to Mithapur Chowk means there is always something going on outside the window. It is a busy spot, but inside the office, things stay pretty focused on the drawings and the site plans we have spread out. I handle a lot of the local building designs myself. It’s just how things are done here. People from the neighborhood usually just walk in when they have a question about a renovation or a new plot they bought. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace with some desks, a few computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, talking about how the area is changing. Keshav Nagar has seen a lot of new construction lately, so there is always work to do. I try to keep things simple with the designs. People want something that works for their family and doesn't cost a fortune to build. That is mostly what happens at Paul Preet Architect. We spend our mornings looking at structural details and our afternoons checking on how the masons are doing at the nearby sites. It is a basic routine, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
