Sattar Gems

You can find us at number 3098 in Mohalla Farrashan. It's along the Rasta Pannigaran area. This neighborhood is quite old and the lanes are narrow, so it feels very traditional and busy. We've been working with gems in this spot for quite some time. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything set up for our work. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't from around this part of town, with all the turns and small shops. The sounds of the neighborhood come right through the windows—people talking, scooters passing by, and the general hum of the market. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a workshop vibe where the focus is on the stones themselves. We sit at our desks and do the grading and the trading as it comes. Usually, we know most of the people who walk by our door every day. It’s a tight-knit community here. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they’ve been told where we are by someone else. It’s just how things work in this mohalla. We open up in the morning, have our tea, and start the day’s tasks. It’s been the same way for years and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just do the work and go home when the work is finished.
