Pink Gems

We are tucked away in Building No. 2799, right at the 5th Crossing of Ghee Walon Ka Rasta. If you know Johari Bazar, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the people and scooters zooming past. Our place is easy to find because it is right opposite Padmavati School. Actually, it is right across from that school, so we see the parents and kids every morning and afternoon. We have been here at Pink Gems for a good while now. It is not some big fancy corporate office; it is just a workplace where we handle our stones and daily tasks. Some days the tea guy comes by more often than customers, and other days we are busy from the moment we open the shutters. The building is old but it works for what we need. We spend our time checking gems and talking to folks who walk in off the street. There is always noise from the market coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come here are regulars or people who heard about us from someone else in the bazar. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet a bit.
