You can find us at 3795, right near the 3rd crossing by Chaudhriyon Ka Gate. Being in Johari Bazar means it’s always busy around here. There is a lot of noise from the street and people walking by all day long. At Suresh Gems, we keep things pretty straightforward. We spend our time looking at stones and talking to the people who stop by the shop. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit tight when a few customers come in at once. We’ve got some old display cases and a couple of stools where we sit and do the fine work. It takes a lot of patience to deal with gems, and some days your eyes get tired from looking through the loupe so much. We don't really do the big fancy advertising. Most people find us just by walking through the bazar or hearing about us from a neighbor. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while, and the walls are covered with years of dust and memories. It’s not a perfect shop, but it’s ours and we know every corner of it. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait to see who comes through the door. It’s a slow kind of business sometimes, but we like the pace of the market and the people we meet. It’s just how we’ve always done it here and it works for us.
