You can find Shri Shanti Niketan Moorti Kala if you head down Khajane Walo Ka Rasta. We are tucked away at the 3rd Cross, near Lala Ji Ka Chowk. Our place is House No-2519. It is one of those old streets where everyone kind of knows each other. The shop is always full of stone dust and the sound of tools. We have been here for a good amount of time, just doing what we do. The 3rd Cross can be a bit tight for parking, so most folks just walk over from the main chowk. It’s a lively part of the city. We keep the doors open most of the day to let some air in while we work on the figures. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but we just keep at it. House No-2519 has a lot of history to it, and we like being part of this little corner. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office. It is just a workspace where things get made by hand. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while they are headed to the market. Being near Lala Ji Ka Chowk means there is always something going on outside. We just stay busy with the moorti work and try to keep things organized, even though the workshop gets cluttered pretty fast. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with your hands all day long.
