Our place is located in Bani Park, specifically at Plot No.D-275 in Dugar House on Todarmal Marg. It's an old part of the city and the building has been around for a long time. Working here is nice because the area has a lot of trees, though the traffic on the main road has increased over the years. I remember when we first moved into Dugar House, it felt so big but now we have filled every corner with stuff. We do our creative work here, mostly sewing and putting things together. It gets a bit messy with all the fabric and threads lying around. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, which is frustrating but we just sit outside and talk for a bit. My cousins help me out during the busy months. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small group of people trying to make things that look decent. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we stay late to finish an order and the whole street is empty. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our specific spot. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't miss the turn. Most of our day is spent at our tables, working away while listening to the radio or just chatting about the day's news.
