We are located at Plot Number 136 on Krishna Marg. This is in Govind Nagar East, which is a fairly easy area to find in Jaipur if you know where you’re going. Loyalty Gems And Jewels Private Limited isn't in one of those huge glass buildings. It’s a more grounded place. We have been working from this spot for some time now. The street outside is usually quiet compared to the main roads. We like that. It helps us stay concentrated on the jewelry we are putting together. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello. We have our work area set up with all the benches and lights needed for sorting stones. It’s a regular routine for us. We get in, start the work, and stay until it's finished. Rajasthan can get very dusty, so we are always cleaning off the tables. We don’t have a marketing team or anything. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks. If someone needs to find us, they usually just call or show up at the gate. We keep the gems locked up tight and spend our time checking the quality of everything. It's a steady way to live. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It feels like home as much as a place of work. There's usually a stray dog or two sleeping in the shade near the plot. We don't mind. We just go about our business.
