Lead Gems Llp

You can find us over at 1-A, Madhav Das Colony on Ramgarh Road. Lead Gems Llp is a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually prefer. It’s less crowded than the main bazaars, so we don’t have to deal with the constant honking and traffic. The colony is a nice enough place, mostly residential but with a few businesses like ours mixed in. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto Ramgarh Road. We spend our time here working with different gems, mostly doing the wholesale side of things. The workspace is set up for efficiency rather than looks. We have big tables for sorting and some heavy safes for the stock. It’s a practical environment. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink chai while waiting for deliveries to arrive. Other days are quite hectic with lots of packing and weighing. The weather out here on Ramgarh Road can get quite dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend a fair bit of time dusting off the ledgers and the equipment. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who know the business well. It’s a straightforward operation. We like the fact that we can focus on the quality of the stones without the distractions of a retail storefront. If someone wants to see us, they usually call ahead, and we make time to show them what we have in the safes.
