Av Gems is located over in Jhotwara. The actual address is No. 116 Bahubali Nagar on Niwaru Road. It’s a busy area and the road always has something going on. We work with gems here. It’s not a large operation, just a small setup in the building. We’ve been at No. 116 for some time now. Usually, it's just us and the stones. The Niwaru Road traffic can be quite loud during the day. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It's mostly just a workspace where we look at gems and talk to people who drop by. Bahubali Nagar is a decent spot for a business like this. We are easy to find if you know the landmarks. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deliveries and people moving about. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local gem place. Some days are slow and we just sit around, and other days it’s quite active. We keep the shop open and handle whatever comes our way. It’s a simple way to run things. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do.
