Our shop is located in Star Mansion, right at the 5th Crossing. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Dealing with gems and jewelry means we spend a lot of our time looking through small magnifying glasses at tiny stones. It’s slow work and you can’t really rush it. We have some glass cases where we keep the finished pieces, but the back room is where the real work happens. There are little tools and bits of metal scattered across the workbench. It’s not as shiny and clean as people might expect a jewelry place to be behind the scenes. We mostly talk to people who are looking for something for a wedding or a special gift. Sometimes they bring in old things that need to be fixed, and we see if we can help. We aren't trying to compete with the big luxury brands you see in the city center. We just like working with our hands and making things that look decent. The light in the shop isn't always the best, so we often have to step near the window to see the true color of a stone. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just sitting and working on small details day after day. People find us by word of mouth mostly. We just keep doing what we know how to do and stay open until the sun goes down.
