Jaishree Gems & Jewellers Private Limited

We are out at 1 Nawal Vihar in the Panchyawala area, just off Sirsi Road. It is a bit of a distance from the main jewelry markets of the old city, but we like being out here. It’s much more of a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. The office is part of a nice building in Nawal Vihar, and it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have a few rooms dedicated to the gems and the jewelry work we do. There are trees outside and we get a good bit of natural light, which is always helpful. Our daily life is pretty simple. We start the day by checking the mail and then we get to work on the orders. There’s no big staff or fancy uniforms here. It’s just us doing the job we’ve been doing for years. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello. We don’t use any polished marketing language or try to act like a giant company. We are just Jaishree Gems & Jewellers Private Limited, working from our spot on Sirsi Road. We handle a lot of the work ourselves, from the cleaning to the record keeping. It’s a steady pace and we don't feel the need to rush things. It’s just a practical, honest way to run a business while staying close to the local community. We enjoy the slower pace out here in Panchyawala.
