Jaipur Kala Kendra

You can find us at 23/68 Kaveri Path in Mansrover. We are quite close to the Mansrover Stadium, which helps when we try to give people directions over the phone. Jaipur Kala Kendra isn't some massive company with lots of floors. It’s more of a local workshop where things actually get made. We spend most of our time surrounded by paint, brushes, and various pieces of art that are in different stages of being finished. Some days it feels like we’re drowning in projects, but we eventually get through the pile. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. If someone needs a break, they take one, and if someone is on a roll, they keep working until the light fades. The air smells like oil paints and sometimes the smell of street food coming from the nearby stalls. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are stacks of paper and boxes in the corners, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just talk to the people who walk in and show them what we’re currently working on. Most of our regulars have been coming here for years and they know the place is a bit cluttered. It’s just how we work best. Life here is busy, loud, and full of color, and we wouldn't really want it any other way.
