Advent Handicrafts

Our place is located at Plot No:-2077, in the Katariya Bhawan on Barah Gangaur Ka Rasta. We are on the ground floor in the Modikhana area, which is part of the busy Johari Bazar. Being in such an old part of the city means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We deal in different kinds of handicrafts. The shop is a bit small and it is usually packed with items from floor to ceiling. We do not have a big team or any corporate structure. It is just a few of us managing the daily business. We spend a lot of time talking to the local makers who bring their goods to us. It is not a polished showroom, and sometimes you have to move a few boxes just to see everything we have. We like the character of this old building, even if the walls are a bit dusty. We do not spend money on big ads. People usually find us while they are exploring the lanes of Johari Bazar looking for something unique. It is a family-run setup, and we have been here for a long time. The smell of handmade paper and old wood is always there. We just try to keep things simple and honest, helping people find a nice piece of craft without any of the usual sales talk.
