Zaika Bar & Restaurant

Over here in Howrah, you’ll find Zaika Bar & Restaurant on Bholanath Nandy Lane. The house number is 43/1/1. We are situated quite close to the Kona Express Way, right near the Belepul Junction, which is a very busy intersection. The location is handy for people who are travelling or just living around this part of town. It can get pretty noisy outside with the trucks and cars going towards the expressway, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We have both a bar and a dining area, so it’s a mix of different people coming through. Some just want a quick drink after work, and others bring their friends for a full dinner. The place has been here for a while, and the walls have a bit of character to them now. It’s not one of those shiny new places you see in the malls. We prefer it this way. Our staff is local, and they know the regulars by name. Sometimes we run out of a certain item if the supply truck is late, but we always have something else to offer. The parking can be a bit of a squeeze on the lane, but regulars usually find a spot eventually. We keep the doors open and the fans running. It’s a practical spot for a meal or a drink when you're in this part of Howrah. We just take it as it comes.
