Running Fusion here on G T Road in Liluah keeps us pretty busy. We are right beside Zero Miles Bar And Resturant, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the Howrah area. The traffic on G T Road is always something else, constant horns and people moving. We’ve been at 264 for some time now and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, though not by much when the dinner crowd arrives. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Most of our customers are from around 711204, just locals looking for a meal after work. We do a lot of takeout too, because people are always in a rush here. I usually spend my mornings checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen is ready. The kitchen can get pretty hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. It isn't a fancy setup, just some tables and chairs and a menu that we know how to cook well. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. If someone likes the food, they tell their neighbor, and that’s enough for us. It’s just a regular business trying to stay consistent every day. We don't have any big plans to change things. Most of our regulars seem to like that we stay the same.
