Su Chaina Zone

Su Chaina Zone is located right on the main GT Road in Salkia, Howrah. We are pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite Great Eastern. If you live around here, you know how busy GT Road gets with all the trucks and buses rattling past all day long. It’s noisy and dusty, but it is where we have been for a long time. Our shop is at 117/1/B and it’s not very large, but we make it work. We spend our evenings standing over the stove, cooking up food for the locals who are heading home from work. The smell of ginger and garlic is always in the air here. We have a small team, mostly just family and a couple of neighbors who help out when it gets really busy at night. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most people just know us because they walk past us every day or they live nearby in Salkia. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but that’s just life in this part of Howrah. We just keep going because people expect us to be open when they are hungry. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and packing up parcels to go. We are just a local spot trying to make a living on a very busy road in a crowded city.
