Oraange Restaurant

Oraange Restaurant is right on the ground floor on T N Mukherjee Road. If you are looking for the Axis Bank ATM, we are pretty much right there. It gets busy on this street in Howrah. We start early, chopping onions and getting the stoves going. The kitchen gets pretty hot by noon, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some five-star place with white tablecloths. We use basic plates and the chairs are just the regular kind you find everywhere in 711312. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing by the door waiting for orders, which makes it a bit crowded, but we manage. People come in for lunch because it's quick. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us here, cooking and serving. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it’s raining outside, people track in mud, and we’re constantly mopping. The menu has what you’d expect from a local spot. Nothing too complicated to pronounce. We know most of the people who work in the offices nearby. They come in, eat, and head back out. It’s a simple routine. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we just keep the doors open and the food coming. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but we don't mind much. We just keep our heads down and work.
