New Grand Cafe Restaurant

Our place is located on G T Road in Howrah, right near the State Bank of India. It’s a busy spot because of all the traffic coming off the main road. We’ve been here for a good while now. The building is older and the interior is just basic tables and chairs. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft lighting. It gets quite loud during the lunch hour when the office workers from the bank come over. We serve tea, snacks, and regular meals that people around here like. The kitchen is always going and it can get a bit smoky sometimes. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the floor swept, but it’s a constant job with people coming in and out. The fans on the ceiling are old but they still work okay. We don't have a big menu, just the usual things we know how to cook well. The staff are mostly local guys who have been with us for years. They know the regulars by name and what they usually order. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we are full, but we do what we can. It’s not a place for a fancy night out. It’s just a regular restaurant for people who are hungry and want a seat. We open up early and we don't close until the last customer is done. That is just how we do things here on G T Road.
