Marwar Restaurants

Our place, Marwar Restaurants, is situated at 522 G T Road South in Howrah. We are directly opposite the Navbharat Cinema, which is a major landmark around here. Having the cinema right across the street means our schedule is often dictated by the movie timings. When a big show finishes, we get a sudden rush of people looking for a snack or a meal before they head home. It is quite exciting to see the crowd pour out of the theater and head our way. During the day, it is a bit more relaxed, with regulars from the neighborhood stopping by. We have been at this location for years and have seen many movies come and go. The building we are in is old, but it has character. We keep things honest and simple. There are no complicated menus or fancy presentations here. We just serve the kind of food that people in Howrah have grown up eating. The kitchen is always busy, and there is usually a pot of something bubbling on the stove. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive. The noise of the traffic and the people waiting for their shows is just part of the background. If you are planning to catch a movie at Navbharat, you will likely see us right across the street. We do not need much more than a clean table and a hot plate to keep things moving.
