Khana Khaana Hotel

We are located in East Sapvipara Bally, Howrah. It’s been quite a while since we started this place, I think. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are already. We open early every single morning to get things ready for the day. It’s just a regular hotel where people can sit and have a meal. Sometimes it gets really busy during the lunch hours, and we all have to run around to make sure things are moving along. It’s not a fancy place, just a simple spot for a meal. The kitchen stays pretty hot throughout the afternoon. We try to keep the tables clean and the water glasses filled. Bally is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic and the rickshaws. It’s just how things go here. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush. My family helps out sometimes when we need an extra hand with the dishes or the serving. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just the name Khana Khaana Hotel on the front of the building. If you are coming from the main road, you just turn into East Sapvipara. It’s easy to find once you are in the lane. We have had some regulars coming here for years. They usually sit in the same spots. That's our life here.
