Apex Machine Co. sits right at No. 24/5 Brindaban Mullick Lane. We are pretty close to the Kadamtalla Mandir, so it is easy to find us if you know where the temple is. The lane can be a bit narrow, especially when a delivery truck is trying to squeeze through. We have been in this spot for years, and the building has seen a lot of history. Inside, it smells like oil and metal, which is exactly how a machine shop should be. We have a few guys working here who have been with us since the very start. We do not spend money on fancy signs or shiny brochures. Most people hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The work we do is mostly about fixing parts and keeping things running. Sometimes the old machines we have need a little extra care, but they still do the job right. We open up early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. There is a lot of noise during the day, like hammers hitting metal and the hum of the lathes. It is not the quietest place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. If you walk past the Mandir and turn down the lane, you will likely hear us before you see us. We handle whatever comes through the door. It is just a normal, everyday shop where we try to do right by the people who come in.
